Monsters Inc. ,a movie directed by Pete docter is based on a city,Monstropolis where only monsters exist.The people who stay here are terribly afraid of human children.The monsters working in this company generate electricity by scaring kids and using their scream .This is done with help of a number of doors which are connected to rooms of many children.Sullivan is the best child scarer in the whole company.Suddenly one day,a child is found roaming in the company.Sullivan comes to know that the child was released by one of his colleagues.He finds out that ,his boss also was in this.They were going to scare the kid at home.He also found out that a childs laugh can generate more electricity than its scream.He fought the boss to protect the child .The boss was finally defeated and Sullivan became the new boss of Monsters inc.,a company which now generated electricity using a childs laugh.
